Sewage pump maintenance: Not a nice job but someone has to do it!

The photos below show a sewage pump that has not been serviced for over 2 years, the client only called us out when he thought there maybe a problem.  As it was, when our engineer arrived at the property the sewage was only a few inches from flooding into the property and after it had had a service.

The moral to this tale? Its never a good idea to leave a ‘Clean & Check’ to the last minute, as the owner of the property has now realised and has now signed up to our annual ‘Clean and Check’ scheme to make sure he doesn’t find himself in that predicament again!
