Tanker Services

Whether it is flooding, septic tank cleaning, drain jetting, our team across the UK have tanker services to rectify your water and waste problem

What is a Tanker Service?

So, what exactly is a tanker service? Basically, if you have a failed pump and your wastewater tank, pump chamber or septic tank requires emptying, then we can undertake these works for you.

Where space is at a premium and properties are in close proximity to each other, such as in London, it can sometimes prove to be a struggle to allow a liquid waste tanker to park to service a property.

As part of our fleet of liquid waste tankers, we are able to offer smaller more compact tankers that thanks to their greater manoeuvrability are easier to park and cause fewer issues with congestion than traditional larger tankers.

Our liquid waste tankers come complete with a generous storage capacity. They have two tanks on board and have the ability to carry 1000 litres of clean water along with 2000 litres of wastewater which is ample for most jobs.

Flood Water Extraction

Vacuum tankers are the ideal solution when your property is suffering from either small scale or large scale flooding. As we have previously mentioned, our tankers have a carrying capacity of 2,000 litres. This means that they have the ability to extract any water that is entering and causing damage to your property.

Removal Of Water from Flooded Basements

Having standing water or foul waste in your basement is not what any property owner wants. As well as been unpleasant it can cause damage to the carpets or any furnishings. If you have standing water in the basement it can over a relatively small period of time start to smell.

If your basement is flooded from a pipe that has burst, then this can contain foul waste which is something you certainly do not want at your property.

Drain Jetting

We have a team of engineers on hand to clean and remove blockages in sewers. The main purpose for drain jetting is to remove any obstructions within the drains which will then allow the debris to safely move through the drainage system.

Septic Tank and Cesspit Emptying

When your domestic or commercial property is not connected to the main sewage system then this is where septic and cesspit tanks are used to collect wastewater and sewage.

Obviously, over time, the waste will start to build up and will need emptying. Once the septic tank has been emptied this will then be disposed of at a licensed waste facility.

Tank Cleaning Services

Not only do our tanker services include drain jetting and water removal but also the maintenance and cleaning of tanks. Our team are specialists in tank cleaning and have the necessary qualifications to be able to work in high risk environments.

As well as the maintenance and cleaning of the pipes, sewers and removing the build up of waste in the system, we will make sure that the system is working at full capacity.

Tanker Service and Pump Engineers Visit

To help property owners with flooded basements we can also provide one all-encompassing visit whereby the tanker service engineer and pump engineer can attend the property at the same time.

This approach means that we are able to not only remove water from the flooded basement, but we can get the pump up and running (or if necessary, replace the pump) at the same time.

The quicker we can remove the water and get the pump working again the sooner you can have a trouble free basement again.

How Quickly Can Our Tanker Be At Your Property?

We aim to have our tankers to our customers as quickly as possible. We have tankers across the UK so aim to be at your property promptly especially if it is an emergency such as flooding.

How Much Does Tanker Service Cost?

The price of the tanker service will vary dependent on the type of job that needs carrying out and the timescales involved. To discuss the costs of your specific tanker service then you can contact us online or on 0800 019 9949.

Smoke Testing

The last thing a homeowner wants is to live with the smell of sewerage in the property. Not only is the ‘rotten egg’ smell unpleasant to live with but it is a definite sign that there is a problem somewhere with the waste system.

Sewer gas is formed as a result of the decomposition of waste products in the sewer and contains amongst other gasses methane and ammonia. Exposure to high levels of sewage gas can be a health risk.

If there are found to be sewerage smells within the property we can perform a specialist smoke test to identify the source of the problem.

We carry out smoke testing by forcing non-toxic smoke into the drainage system to identify if there are any leaks and defects in the pipework. Once identified these will need to be repaired to put a stop to smells entering the property.
